  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During peak times or sales, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery

  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

💳 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders must be prepaid using available online payment options.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details once your package is shipped. If you face any issues, please reach out to our support team.

📦 Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted national courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Deliveries are made during business hours (10 AM – 6 PM), Monday to Saturday.

⏳ Delivery Delays or Issues

  • If there are delays due to weather, strikes, or other external factors, we will notify you promptly via email.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional reshipping costs, payable by the customer.

📦 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery, or accept it and take clear photographs of the packaging and item. Contact us immediately at support@thepositivevibes.in.
