5. Return & Replacement Policy

  • We only accept returns in case of damaged or defective products. No other return or exchange requests will be entertained.
  • Customers must email proof (images/video) of the damage to support@thepositivevibes.in within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customers must return the item at their own cost to our address with original packaging.
  • Once verified, we will ship a replacement item. Refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
